Placing All Children In New Opportunities (P.A.C.I.N.O.) Project is a program designed to expose children to new programs and activities of their interest. These activities will increase their self esteem and desire to pursue their dreams and career goals. Each parent and guardian must submit an application. A decision to receive the scholarship(s) will be made based upon interest, need and availability.  The P.A.C.I.N.O. Project currently serves East Tennessee and West Atlanta, Georgia.
